Enquiries and applications are stored securely in our Appwrite backend for authorized staff to review. Submitting this form does not send an automatic email.

We collect the contact details, enquiry content and consent you enter to handle your enquiry or application. Optional CVs are stored outside the public website and are accessible only to authorized staff. No marketing subscription or analytics tracking is enabled.

Staff login uses an essential session cookie. Public forms use a short-lived anti-spam cookie. No third-party cookies are intentionally added. Staff can delete enquiries and their attachments in the staff dashboard.

Before public launch, the responsible entity, contact for privacy requests and retention period must be approved and this notice updated to match the deployed service.
